Project Statement: The Last Supper is a satire piece on the last meal we were able to enjoy in restaurants before the lockdown restrictions. The last night in Paris, France numerous amounts of people could be found in the street cafes relishing in one last meal before the lockdown. The goal was to capture the feeling of overindulgence which is a cardinal sin.
“Let us eat and drink for tomorrow we die” - Isaiah 22:13 (NKJV) is a pun intended to be about the CoVid19 virus. I also wanted to hint at the shelter in place orders which caused many to stay inside with eating as a past time. As this was also a fashion film I wanted to highlight a few of the accessories that made this feel dream like.
